Pool Cost Guide

How much does an inground pool cost in Georgia?

Most custom in-ground pools we build run $75,000–$150,000, and take about 60–90 days from the dig to your first swim. Here's what moves your price up or down, so you know what to expect before you get quotes.

What Drives the Price

Eight things that shape your pool's cost.

Size and shape

A bigger pool means more digging, steel, shotcrete and finish. Freeform curves and extra depth add work too.

A spa

A raised stone spa or attached spa is one of the biggest add-ons, with its own plumbing, heater and finish.

Interior finish

Pebble finishes last longer and feel smoother than basic plaster, and cost more up front.

Coping and tile

Natural flagstone, travertine or pavers, plus waterline tile, all change the price.

Deck

How much deck you want and what it's made of — concrete with Kool Deck, pavers or travertine.

Your yard

Slopes, rock, red clay, tight access for equipment and retaining walls can all add cost.

Extras

Tanning ledges, water features, fire bowls, LED lighting and phone-controlled automation.

Site plan and permit

You work with an engineer or architect on your site plan, with our help, and we submit the permit.

Where Your Money Goes

Into your pool, not a chain of contractors.

When a company hires out each stage to a different crew, every crew adds its own price. Our own crew builds your pool from start to finish, so you're paying for the work in your backyard.
